Applying with a job offer while already working in Saskatchewan, Canada
- Agriculture Talent Pathway: For general farm workers, nursery/greenhouse workers and workers in select food and beverage processing occupations. (May also be eligible if not working in Saskatchewan.)
- Health Talent Pathway: For physicians, nurses and other health workers. (May also be eligible if not working in Saskatchewan.)
- Innovation and Tech Talent Pathway: For innovation and tech sector workers in 32 high-skilled occupations with a valid work permit. (May also be eligible if not working in Saskatchewan.)
- Skilled-Worker with Existing Work Permit: For high-skilled foreign workers (with post-secondary education) with a valid work permit.
- Students: For international students with a valid post-graduate work permit. Those working in health care professions are now also eligible through this stream.
- International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer: For high-skilled workers (occupations that typically require post-secondary education) who are not working in Saskatchewan. (May also be eligible if not working in Saskatchewan.)*
Applying with a job offer from outside of Saskatchewan, Canada
- Agriculture Talent Pathway: For general farm workers, nursery/greenhouse workers, and workers in select food and beverage processing occupations. (May also be eligible if working in Saskatchewan.)

Applying without a job offer from outside of Saskatchewan, Canada
- International Skilled Worker: Saskatchewan Express Entry: For high-skilled workers without a supporting job offer, who meet the points grid criteria and have a valid Express Entry profile number and Job Seeker Code.*
- International Skilled Worker: Occupations In-Demand: For high-skilled workers without a supporting job offer, who meet the points grid criteria and do not have an Express Entry profile.*
* You need at least 60 points to apply. Use the grid below to see if you qualify. Points that you claim will be confirmed by the documents you show later. See the "Required Documents" for your sub-category to see what you need to support your claimed points. These documents must be attached to your SINP application at the time it is submitted or it will be closed and returned to you.
Applying as an international student with a post-graduate work permit, currently working in Saskatchewan:
- Student Category: For international students with a valid post-graduate work permit who have been working in Saskatchewan for at least six months.
- Health Talent Pathway: For students working as physicians, nurses or other health workers.
- Agriculture Talent Pathway: For students working as general farm workers, nursery/greenhouse workers or in select food and beverage processing occupations.
- Innovation and Tech Talent Pathway: For students working in innovation and tech sector occupations, including life sciences research roles, with a valid work permit.
- International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer: For students with a job offer in a high-skilled occupation.
In 2026, a minimum of 750 nominations are reserved for graduates of Saskatchewan post-secondary designated learning institutions who secure a job offer in a priority sector (Agriculture, Healthcare, Skilled Trades, Energy, Mining & Minerals, Manufacturing and Technology). Eligibility is based on the employer's sector (per their Certificate of Registration), not the candidate's field of study.
Applying as an international student in Saskatchewan without a post-graduate work permit:
Study permit holders may apply only if they have completed their education in Saskatchewan and have an eligible job offer in a sector identified by the Saskatchewan Labour Market Strategy (Agriculture, Healthcare, Skilled Trades, Energy, Mining & Minerals, Manufacturing and Technology).
They can apply through:
