Only marks from grades 10, 11 and 12 are available from the Ministry of Education. This includes the Adult 12 transcript. If you want grade 9 marks, please contact your school or school division.

Transcripts that include final marks from January and June are released in February and July.

Transcript Fees

There is a $15 non-refundable “share credit” fee (per recipient). The share credit allows the individual to view their transcript and/or share it with an education organization or third party. Individuals will be able to view their shared transcript until any changes are made. To view the updated transcript themselves, a new share credit will need to be purchased.
