Saskatoon Freeway – Phase 3

The Government of Saskatchewan is in the midst of a multi-year functional planning study that will determine how the Saskatoon Freeway will look and operate.

The functional planning study’s scope includes determining the placement of interchanges, railway overpasses and flyovers.

A public online information session for Phase 3 of the functional planning study was held November 24 to December 15, 2025m including an open house December 4.

Currently, there is no timetable for a final decision regarding the freeway’s construction.
