BOOKS OF CONDOLENCE AVAILABLE

Saskatchewan residents can sign books of condolence in support of the

victims and their families of the terror attacks in the United States.



One book will be available at the Prince of Wales entrance to the

Legislative Building in Regina from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Thursday,

September 13th through Sunday, September 16th. The other book will be

available Thursday, September 13th and Friday, September 14th from 9:00

a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, at the Saskatoon Cabinet Office, 315 - 22nd Street

East in Saskatoon.



"Our hearts go out to the people of the United States in this dark hour of

history," Premier Calvert said. "The books of condolence give the people

of Saskatchewan an opportunity to show their support and sympathy for the

American people - and to put into words the deep sense of sadness and anger

many of us feel toward the brutal acts of cowardly terrorists."



The books will be forwarded as soon as possible to the United States

Embassy in Ottawa.
