Vaccinated Outside Saskatchewan? Update Your Health Record

Adding immunization information to your Saskatchewan health record if you have been vaccinated outside the province

If you have been vaccinated outside Saskatchewan and want your immunization information captured to your Saskatchewan health record, this can be arranged. Please visit eHealth Saskatchewan's website or call at 1‑844‑767‑8259 (and press 3) to learn more.

You will be required to fill out a form and provide a copy of your immunization record/documentation. This applies to first/all doses administered outside Saskatchewan. Your Saskatchewan health record should be updated in 3-5 business days of providing the required information and documentation.

If you have not already done so, sign up for MySaskHealthRecord. With a MySaskHealthRecord account, you can access your personal health information including laboratory test results, medical imaging reports, clinical visit history, immunization history and prescription history.
