Minister of Environment 

MLA for Batoche

Darlene Rowden was first elected MLA for Batoche in 2024.

In December 2025, she was appointed Minister of Environment.

She, along with her husband and children, owns and operates R&B Wilson Ranching, a 4th generation ranch located east of MacDowall, Saskatchewan.

With a lifelong passion for agriculture, Darlene has served as a member of the Prince Albert Exhibition Board, and as a 4-H Beef leader. She was a school board trustee for 14 years and was chair of the Saskatchewan Rivers School Division in Prince Albert.

Darlene has been a volunteer on the Saskatchewan Party Batoche Constituency Association since 2010, and she has served as provincial director since 2011.

Darlene and her husband live near MacDowall. They have three children.
