"Each transfer helps create long-term opportunities for economic growth that benefit First Nations and communities across Saskatchewan."
The Ministry of Government Relations works closely with Entitlement First Nations and the Government of Canada to implement the reserve creation process in accordance with Treaty Land Entitlement agreements. Saskatchewan continues to support Treaty Land Entitlement through land and mineral transfers that contribute to reconciliation and economic development across the province.
