Anonymous Employment Standards Complaint Form

Information will not be shared with the employer unless required by law and employees will be informed when their information is to be shared.

The intent of this form is to provide information to the Employment Standards Branch to determine if an employment standards violation has taken place.

You may file a complaint about an employer if you are currently working for them. Complainants may not have someone file a complaint on their behalf. However, complainants may have someone support or advise them.

Not all complaints may be investigated if the issue is not related to the legislation. However, you will be informed if it may be related to another agency.

Call Employment Standards at 1-800-667-1783 to inquire about making a complaint, including determining which regulatory agency to file a complaint with, or to raise an issue if you are not currently an employee of the employer you are alleging to not be complying with the employment standards legislation.
