Saskatchewan Environmental Code Transfer Station Chapter

The Government of Saskatchewan held online engagement sessions from December 2021 to February 2022 to gather feedback on the proposed transfer station chapter of the Saskatchewan Environmental Code. Stakeholders and Indigenous communities had approximately three months to review the draft chapter, discussion paper, quick reference guide and complete an online survey.

Survey results and feedback have been summarized in What We Heard. The feedback will help inform the content of the proposed chapter, the accompanying guidance document, and ensure that the transfer station chapter will meet the current and future needs of our province.
