The Energy Regulation Division of the Ministry of Energy and Resources has concluded consultations with the oil and gas industry on a red tape review of certain sections of The Oil and Gas Conservation Regulations, 2012 (OGCR), and its associated policies, processes and forms. Consultations were necessary to further inform on ways to reduce barriers and costs for industry and guide other planned regulatory changes.
