Proposed Amendments to the Helium and Associated Gases Disposition Application Policy for Southeast Saskatchewan

The Lands and Mineral Tenure Branch of the Ministry of Energy and Resources has concluded consultations with stakeholders on proposed changes to its Helium and Associated Gases Disposition Policy for Southeast Saskatchewan. If approved, the proposed change will allow industry to apply for helium and associated gases dispositions for rights above the Winnipeg Formation in Southeast Saskatchewan, subject to certain conditions.
