SaskTel To Improve Wireless Service In Muenster

Today SaskTel announced the launch of 4G LTE cellular services in Muenster with the deployment of a small cell site solution which is part of Phase 2 of the Government of Saskatchewan’s four-phase initiative to provide rural communities with enhanced access to reliable cellular and high speed internet services.

“Our government is committed to ensuring that rural residents in Saskatchewan are provided with world class communications,” Finance Minister and Humboldt-Watrous MLA Donna Harpauer said on behalf of Minister Responsible for SaskTel Don Morgan.  “SaskTel continues to find innovative solutions to deliver its services in rural areas and residents in the Muenster area are the first community to benefit from the launch of a small site solution.”

“SaskTel continues to invest in its networks so our customers get the service they expect and need,” SaskTel Acting President and CEO Doug Burnett said.  “With Saskatchewan’s largest 4G LTE network, SaskTel customers can surf, stream, and download the content they want faster than ever before and from almost anywhere in the province.”
