CELEBRATING EDUCATION WEEK IN SASKATCHEWAN

Released on October 12, 2012

Education Minister Russ Marchuk has proclaimed October 15 to 21 as Education Week. This year's theme, Learning Success Today...Leading Success Tomorrow demonstrates that when we as leaders, parents, guardians, teachers and students collaborate on education, we support students to reach their highest potential.

"Education plays an important role in the growth and success of Saskatchewan and its students, our future leaders," Marchuk said. "The theme is a good reminder that success can look different for each student, but it is important that everyone strive for improvement and a positive future."
