SASKATCHEWAN PAVILION ANNOUNCES CONTEST

Released on February 13, 2010

The Saskatchewan Olympic Pavilion Team is Inviting People to Enter an Online Contest

The team is promoting the contest at the Olympics by handing out postcards with the details. The idea is to encourage visits to the www.saskpavilion.ca website where people can learn more about the province.

"Our goal in Vancouver is to tell as many people as possible about Saskatchewan's great tourism opportunities, strong economy and enviable quality of life," Saskatchewan Pavilion Director of Marketing and Production Trent Fraser said. "Our website is dedicated to telling the Saskatchewan story and this contest will help drive people to that site."

The prizes were donated by pavilion partners and include:

  • Jewellery gift set from Hillberg and Berk;
  • Regina trip for two (includes WestJet flights to Regina from anywhere in Canada, 3 nights hotel accommodation and tickets to the Labour Day Saskatchewan Roughrider football game); and
  • Saskatoon trip for two (includes VIA Rail Canada train travel to Saskatoon from anywhere in Canada, 4 nights hotel accommodation, dining gift certificates and festival tickets to be determined when travel dates are chosen).

Go to www.saskpavilion.ca to enter.
