OFFENDER RELEASED IN ERROR FROM SASKATOON CORRECTIONAL CENTRE

Released on March 2, 2009

Steven Perry Burns, age 24, was released in error from the Saskatoon Correctional Centre on Sunday, March 1, 2009. Because Burns is now unlawfully at large, the Saskatoon Police Service has been notified.

Burns is facing charges of being unlawfully at large, breach of probation, driving while disqualified and possession of stolen property. He has not been convicted of any of these charges.

If you have any information about the whereabouts of Steven Burns please contact your local police service or the RCMP. As with all cases of persons unlawfully at large, do not attempt to approach this individual on your own.
