TEMPORARY CEASE TRADE ORDER ISSUED AGAINST HR EQUITY MANAGEMENT INC.

Released on May 29, 2008

The Securities Division of the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission (SFSC) issued a temporary cease trade order May 26, 2008, against HR Equity Management Inc. (HR Equity). The order expires on June 10, 2008, and may be extended.

The order directs HR Equity to cease trading and advising in securities and exchange contracts.

HR Equity is not registered in Saskatchewan to sell or give advice about securities. HR Equity operates a web site that tells visitors HR Equity specializes in assisting small and medium size companies to raise capital and market securities to the investment community.

HR Equity's web site is virtually identical to web sites operated by Gordon Equity Management Ltd. (Gordon Equity) and Harrington Rose Equity Management (Harrington Rose).

In May 2007 the Director of the Securities Division issued temporary and extending cease trade orders to Gordon Equity, Paul Thomas and Vince Gold. Temporary and extending cease trade orders were issued to Harrington Rose in January 2008. The orders were issued because representatives of Gordon Equity and Harrington Rose were trading in securities by offering to exchange shares of large exchange traded companies for shares of unlisted companies owned by Saskatchewan residents. As part of the exchange, the Saskatchewan residents were to transfer thousands of dollars to bank accounts outside Canada, including Cyprus and Malaysia, to make up the difference in value of the exchanged shares.

The Securities Division believes that HR Equity Management Inc. is being operated by the same individuals who operated Gordon Equity Management and Harrington Rose Equity Management. HR Equity Management Inc. representatives may be contacting residents of Saskatchewan to solicit investments. Therefore, in the public interest, the Director has issued the temporary cease trade order against HR Equity Management Inc.

Anyone who is contacted by HR Equity Management Inc. representatives is asked to contact the SFSC, Enforcement branch at 306-787-5936.

The Securities Division of the Financial Services Commission protects investors by regulating trading in securities in Saskatchewan. Securities are forms of investment such as stocks, bonds and units in mutual funds.
