TEMPORARY CEASE TRADE ORDER ISSUED AGAINST MYRON BENEDICT DEROW AND SNOWCASTLE ESTATES LTD.

Released on May 7, 2008

The Securities Division of the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission issued a temporary cease trade order on May 2, 2008, against SnowCastle Estates Ltd. (SnowCastle) and Myron Benedict Derow. Derow is SnowCastle's directing mind, spokesman and salesperson. The order expires on May 16, 2008, and may be extended.

The order directs SnowCastle and Myron Derow to cease trading and advising in securities and exchange contracts.

SnowCastle is a real estate development company based in Saskatoon that is developing land into residential lots in the Candle Lake area. Myron Derow resides in Saskatoon and Meath Park. The Securities Division has information that Derow is soliciting investments in the securities of SnowCastle. Neither SnowCastle nor Derow have complied with the registration and prospectus requirements under Saskatchewan securities laws.

Myron Derow and his companies, MBD Financial Consulting and Valyki Ventures (1991) Ltd., were the subject of cease trade orders issued by the Commission in 1997 for illegal trading in prime bank debt instruments. The 1997 cease trade orders remain in force.

Anyone who has information about SnowCastle and Myron Derow are encouraged to contact the Saskatchewan Financial Services Commission, Securities Division at 306-787-5645.
