Premier Lorne Calvert today announced a shift in cabinet responsibilities as a result of the resignation of Culture Youth and Recreation Minister Glenn Hagel.

Warren McCall will serve as Minister of Culture Youth and Recreation in addition to his duties as Minister of Corrections and Public Safety.

“I am pleased to appoint Warren McCall to this position,” Calvert said.  “I anticipate this will be a temporary situation and I look forward to having Glenn back in cabinet in the very near future.”
