ISC PRESIDENT AND CEO RESIGNS

Released on July 16, 2007

Information Services Corporation (ISC) of Saskatchewan Board of Directors Chair Larry Hiles announced today that the corporation's President and CEO, Mark MacLeod, is resigning his position effective July 25, 2007.

"Mr. MacLeod's leadership has been instrumental in positioning ISC for growth and continued success in the years ahead," Hiles said. "ISC has achieved three consecutive years of profitability under his direction. He built a solid customer-focused team that has developed strengths in the areas of financial management, customer service delivery and product innovation. He has served the province of Saskatchewan well, and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours."

"When I joined ISC in 2002, the challenge facing us was to turn the corporation around," MacLeod said. "Five years later, we've met that challenge and I feel it is time for me to move on to seek new opportunities. I have enjoyed my time at ISC, and I leave knowing the company is stable with an extremely bright future and the right team in place to advance it to the next stage."

The Board of Directors has appointed Scott Hodson, Chief Customer Officer, as Acting President and CEO. Mr. Hodson has been with ISC since 2004 with responsibility for customer service excellence, achievement of growth strategies, and brand and product development.
