Canadian Navigable Waters - Martineau River

Public Notice

The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.

Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways has deposited with the Ministry of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry and under the registry number 13840, or under the NPP file number 2003-600077 a description of the following work:

Bridge replacement on Highway 919, C.S. 919-02 over Martineau River approximately 52.4 km north of Pierceland, Saskatchewan. In, on, over, under, through or across Martineau River approximately 52.4 km north of Pierceland, Saskatchewan at Latitude: 54.7134 N and Longitude: -109.8544 W.

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation can be sent through the Common Project Search site mentioned above under the comment section (search by the above registry number) or if you do not have access to the internet, by sending your comments directly to:
