Enhanced Production Audit Program

The Enhanced Production Audit Program (EPAP) applies to all Business Associates that operate facilities that are subject to the Ministry of Energy and Resources' measurement and reporting requirements, but does not apply to mineable oil sands.

The EPAP directive sets out requirements for operators to declare the degree to which they have infrastructure in place to ensure compliance with the Regulator's measurement and reporting requirements.

Oil and Gas measurement and reporting requirements are described in:
