  • Kids Help Phone offers a variety of services from crisis support to everyday concerns of growing up. Text CONNECT to 686868, dial 1-800-668-6868 or message through the website.

Agricultural Producers

  • The Farm Stress Line provides support for producers in Saskatchewan. Call 1-800-667-4442 for support 24/7. Online message and email support are also available.
  • The National Farmer Wellness Network operates a helpline for Canadian producers. Call 1-866-FARMS-01 (1-866-327-6701) for support.
  • Sask Ag Matters provides six hours of free counselling sessions per individual per year for agricultural producers, their family members and agricultural workers.

Indigenous Services

  • Hope for Wellness is a national service dedicated to providing support to Indigenous peoples 24/7. Call 1-855-242-3310 or start a chat online through their website.
