Engagement on The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2020

The Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety is seeking feedback on The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2020.

The regulations will be reviewed using a three-phase approach.

The goal of the review is to ensure the regulations remain relevant, continue to meet the needs of employers and employees, and reduce injuries and fatalities.

The opportunity to provide feedback for Parts 1 to 5 of The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2020 has now ended.

The ministry thanks everyone for their input and will begin the process of reviewing and analyzing the submissions.
