FCAA Alleges Manitoba Company Violated Saskatchewan Securities Laws

Released on June 11, 2014

Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) has set June 19, 2014, as the first appearance date for Relative Resources Ltd., a Manitoba incorporated company, and its officers - Dwight Campbell and Sean Kirkpatrick.

A Statement of Allegations was issued on May 1, 2014, against Relative Resources, Campbell and Kirkpatrick claiming, among other things, that neither Relative Resources nor its officers were registered with the FCAA when securities were sold to a number of Saskatchewan residents.  The investments in question involved working interests in various oil wells being drilled by the company.

The Statement of Allegations was presented to the concerned parties in May, but online posting was delayed to June 10, 2014, for administrative reasons.
