Apply for a Break in Service From a Teaching Position

If you experience a break in service or are leaving employment from a teaching position and hold a valid Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate, you must complete the Educator Separation Form to ensure your information, benefits, and certificates are up-to-date.

Reasons for a break in service include:

 Deferred Salary Leave  Resigned 
 Educational Leave  Superannuated 
 Illness/Disability  Suspended by School Division 
 Leave of Absence with Pay  Teacher Exchange 
 Leave of Absence without Pay  Temporary Contract Expired 
 Parenting Leave  Terminated by School Division
