Closing a Business in Saskatchewan

When closing a business, you have the following responsibilities:

1. File a final tax return

File a tax return, indicating it is the final return, within 15 days of your last day of business, for all taxes owing by the business.

2. Obtain a certificate confirming all taxes are paid

This certificate will be issued in duplicate by Revenue Division, Ministry of Finance.
