International Kindergarten to Grade 12 (K-12) Students
On November 3, 2020, the federal government amended travel restrictions for international K-12 students interested in studying in Saskatchewan. International students must follow federal requirements when travelling from outside of Canada. Effective July 5, 2021, travel requirements and quarantine measures for international students have changed. For the latest updated information, please visit the Government of Canada's website.
The following list of schools have approved COVID-19 readiness plans that comply with provincial and federal government health and safety guidelines:
- Chinook School Division
- Greater Saskatoon Catholic International High School Program
- Athol Murray College of Notre Dame
- Briercrest Christian Academy High School
- Luther College High School
- Lutheran Collegiate Bible Institute
- Regina Christian School
- Rosthern Junior College High School
- Saskatoon Public Schools
- Saskatchewan Rivers Public School Division
Please contact the above K-12 educational institutions for pre-arrival, arrival and post-arrival information. International K-12 students will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result to the airline prior to boarding international flights bound for Canada and must follow a mandatory 14-day quarantine period upon arrival in Canada.
International Post-Secondary Students
On October 20, 2020, amended federal government travel restrictions allowed international students to enter Canada if a designated learning institution has an approved COVID-19 readiness plan. International students must follow federal requirements when travelling from outside of Canada. Effective July 5, 2021, travel requirements and quarantine measures for international students have changed. For the latest updated information, please visit the Government of Canada's website.

As an international student, there will be pre-arrival requirements [including proof of vaccination] and a 14-day mandatory quarantine for you and co-arriving immediate family member(s).
