Translations are made available to increase access to Government of Saskatchewan content for populations whose first language is not English.

Some files or items cannot be translated, including graphs, photos, and other file formats such as portable document formats (PDFs).

Services We Offer

Digital Platform Management

  • The availability of as the primary GoS web platform, which is user friendly, mobile friendly and citizen-focused.
    • Continual technical and usability improvements  to the platform.
    • We will invest in enhanced templates that benefit multiple Ministries.
  • Support for until migration is complete (2016).
  • Limited support for other GoS properties that are outside of or (example: as our program’s focus is on
  • Administration of Sitecore web platform.

Content and Publishing

  • Publishing services and publishing support for both sites, including training and training materials.
    • Once migrated onto the Ministry is responsible for publishing and managing their own content.
    • The Digital Strategy & Operations team will approve content before it goes live and will build out any modifications to the taxonomy.
  • Content quality review to meet content strategy and standards.
  • Oversight of site editorial calendar to plan for content promotion.

Scope of Work Service Level
Edits to an existing page of content 1.5 business days
1-5 new pages of content or significant edits to multiple existing content pages 4 business days
>5 new pages is considered a Content Project To be determined on a case by case basis and will have a project plan.

User Experience Design for Citizen-Facing Services

  • User experience strategy and design for citizen-facing web applications including flow development and wireframes (to be paid for out of the IT project).
  • Digital content, visual and technical standards including the review of new initiatives for compliance.

  • Custodian of the GoS Social Media Policy.
