Post-Secondary Graduate Outcomes Survey

About the 2019 Saskatchewan Graduate Outcomes Survey

The Ministry of Advanced Education, in partnership with post-secondary institutions, the Ministry of Immigration and Career Training, and the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trades Certification Commission, is conducting a survey targeting students who graduated from a Saskatchewan post-secondary institution in 2019 (July 2019 to June 2020 for private vocational schools' graduates).

The purpose of the survey is to gather information about the perceptions and experiences of Saskatchewan graduates. Information is collected on graduates' satisfaction with their education, sources of financing for their education, level of education-related debt, pre-and post-graduation mobility, as well as their education and employment outcomes.

Contractor and Privacy

To manage the survey process and to ensure confidentiality, the ministry contracted Prairie Research Associates Inc. (PRA), an independent research firm, to undertake the survey. This survey was developed in accordance with Saskatchewan privacy legislation.

PRA Inc. is bound by contract to treat all information provided with the highest standards of confidentiality and anonymity. Survey results are displayed in such a way to protect the privacy of graduates. If you have any questions about how this data is collected, please contact the ministry as noted below.

  • All individuals who graduated from a program between July 1, 2019, and June 30, 2020, at a Saskatchewan private vocational school.

Eligible participants will receive a letter in the mail from PRA Inc. with more information about the survey. PRA Inc. will be contacting graduates between October 1, 2019 and January 9, 2022. Your letter will contain a passcode which will be required to complete the survey.
