SaskGaming and PSAC Ratify Memorandum of Settlement

Released on October 8, 2019

A memorandum of settlement between the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation and the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has now been ratified by both parties.

The agreement provides annual wage increases of zero per cent, zero per cent, one per cent, 1.5 per cent (with a 0.5 per cent increase to pension) and two per cent over a five-year term, from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2021.

“I am pleased the corporation and PSAC were able to reach a new collective agreement,” SaskGaming President and CEO Susan Flett said.  “I would like to extend my thanks to everyone at the bargaining table in helping both parties reach a fair and reasonable deal.”

PSAC is SaskGaming’s largest bargaining unit with approximately 335 employees.  The unit consists of gaming employees at Casino Regina, including dealers, table games supervisors, customer service representatives, bank staff, security officers, maintenance mechanics, slot attendants and casino technicians.
