Wingard Ferry

The Wingard Ferry is located southwest of Prince Albert on the North Saskatchewan River and is east of Marcelin on a grid road between Highways 40 and 11.

This seasonal ferry transports about 10,000 trucks and cars every year.

Hours

  • 7 a.m. to midnight

Operators typically take a break for meals:

  • noon to 12:30 p.m.
  • 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • six cars

Load limit

  • Weight - 18,500 kg (40,700 lbs.)
  • Length - 17.1 m (56 ft.)
  • Width - 6.7 m (22 ft.)
