The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways hereby gives notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for approval of the work described herein and its site and plans.
Pursuant to paragraph 7(2) of the said Act, the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways has deposited with the Ministry of Transport, on the online Common Project Search Registry and under the registry number 14227, or under the NPP file number 2025-616243 a description of the following work:
Bridge removal and bridge replacement on Highway 982, C.S. 982-01, km 19.22 over Little Swan River, Saskatchewan in, on, over, under, through or across within Porcupine Hills Provincial Park, in the Province of Saskatchewan. Latitude: 52.393600° N Longitude 102.168000° W.
Comments about the potential effect of this work must be received within 30 days of this posting.
