Environment Business Services

Welcome to the Ministry of Environment's Environment Business Services document submission page. Please select from the program areas below and follow the instructions to submit your document to the appropriate program.

1. Environmental Protection Services

The Environmental Protection Branch handles submissions for environmentally impacted sites, hazardous materials storage facilities, and permitted industrial, mining, and solid waste (landfill) facilities. Please click the Environmental Protection Application Form button below, to start your submission.

The form will direct you to enter applicant information and information about your submission, to help us direct your work to the appropriate Environmental Protection Branch department. The upload section of the form accepts a variety of file types up to 100MB each. Further instructions are also provided to submit larger files.

2. Environmental Assessment Applications

All environmental assessment applications for review under The Environmental Assessment Act can be emailed to environmental.assessment@gov.sk.ca.

Note: Applications related to environmental site assessments for impacted sites should be submitted to Environmental Protection Services (see below).

3. Qualified Persons Designation and Renewals

Clients who have specific inquiries about new and existing applications to become a Qualified Person, or renewal of their Qualified Person designation, should contact envcode@gov.sk.ca.
