Submit Your Land and Resource Proposal for Heritage Review

Overview

After checking the Developers’ Online Screening Tool, if your land and resource development is located in a heritage sensitive area, then submit your proposal for review to determine if a Heritage Resource Impact Assessment (HRIA) is necessary.

Eligibility

The Developers’ Online Screening Tool and related forms are intended for use by land and resource developers.

How to Apply

To submit a land and resource development for heritage review, refer to the following steps:

  1. Confirm that your land and resource development is located in a heritage sensitive area by using the Developers’ Online Screening Tool
  2. Complete the related heritage review form below and submit the form to the Heritage Conservation Branch. Surveys plans or a detailed map/sketch must be submitted with each form/project description.

3. The developer will be notified of the review results. If an HRIA is required then refer to: Completing a Heritage Resource Impact Assessment Requirement.
