Government of Saskatchewan Senior Leadership Change

Interim Deputy Minister to the Premier and Cabinet Secretary Kent Campbell today announced a change to the senior leadership of the Saskatchewan Public Service.

Mark McLoughlin has been appointed Deputy Minister of Advanced Education.  McLoughlin was most recently Executive Director, Development and Advancement, at Olds College in Alberta.  His prior experience includes responsibility for corporate development and government relations in the financial services sector in British Columbia and Alberta.  The appointment is effective immediately.

“I would like to welcome Mark to the Government of Saskatchewan’s senior leadership table,” Campbell said.  “I would also like to thank David Boehm for the effective leadership he provided to the ministry on an interim basis.”
