Context TV Host Lorna Dueck to speak at Saskatchewan Prayer Breakfast

Lieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Schofield announced today that the host of TV’s Context, Lorna Dueck, will be the speaker at the Saskatchewan Prayer Breakfast on April 6, 2016.

Lorna Dueck established Media Voice Generation (MVG), a community-held Canadian charity that seeks to create boundary-breaking media that reveals Christ.  Context with Lorna Dueck is the flagship TV show and online production of MVG.  As Executive Producer, Lorna interviews culture-shaping guests for evidence of God.  The program is produced from Toronto, airs on seven networks, and is seen Sunday mornings on Canada’s largest network, Global TV.  Lorna is a regular commentary writer about faith and public life in The Globe and Mail, and is a frequent media commentator.

The Saskatchewan Prayer Breakfast was established in 1971 and is organized by the Saskatchewan Prayer Breakfast Committee.  The event is chaired by the Lieutenant Governor, with participation by the Premier and the Leader of the Opposition.  Tickets will be available in March at www.ltgov.sk.ca
