It is recommended that you used the most up-to-date version of your web browser to obtain the best results when searching this database. Information and links on how to update your browser can be found on our Accessibility web page.

The website offers many date search options including searching between two dates or based on a one month, six month, up to 60 month search, and offers a search of all data for the RM or the LLD search radius.

The user may call for a report to include any or all of the following information:

  • Legal Land Description (LLD)
  • Rural Municipality (RM)
  • Soil Class
  • Sales (Type) Code
  • Acres
  • Municipal Assessment
  • Price
  • Price/Acre
  • Sale Date
  • Vendor Name
  • Purchaser Name

The user may then sort the report basis any one of the following:

  • Date
  • Legal Land Description (LLD)
  • Rural Municipality (RM)
  • Sales (Type) Code
  • Acres
  • Price
  • Vendor Name
  • Purchaser Name
  • Soil Class

An RM search may be based on the RM number or any town within that RM.  An LLD search requires the user enter the section, township, range, meridian and a search factor of 1 to 9 miles.  The LLD search will then cross RM boundaries.

Reports generally appear without delay but larger searches take more time. Once the report is on screen the user has the option of a printer friendly version, a PDF version (Adobe Reader required) and an active Excel spreadsheet version. The user may return to the original report and choose all three options.  These additional formats do not incur additional charges.

Following is an example of the information resulting from LLD search, an RM search can be made to search in similar fashion.

This comparable land sale information is available at $20.00 Canadian (taxes included) per RM or LLD search. Each RM or LLD search will generate an additional $20.00 charge.
