Compliance Audits and Inspections

Overview

Companies shall complete and submit the compliance declaration audit form for every licensed pipeline, when required by the Minister.

Benefits

The Compliance Declaration Audit is required in order to ensure companies are in compliance with the current legislation and the most recent version of the CSA Standard Z662, Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems for the safety of the public and the protection of the environment.

Eligibility

Any company operating a licensed pipeline must complete and submit the compliance declaration audit form when required by the Minister.

How To Apply

  1. Assemble the required supporting documentation as outlined in the Compliance Declaration Audit Form.
  2. Complete the Compliance Declaration Audit Form.
  3. Submit the completed application and supporting documents to pipelines@gov.sk.ca.
  4. Note: If the application is found to be incomplete or inaccurate, the Ministry of the Economy will notify the applicant of the deficiencies, the declaration will be discarded, and the applicant will be required to submit a new declaration.
