Canada Community Pasture Transition Program

Lease or Purchase Agricultural Crown Land

The Canada Community Pasture Transition Program offers funds to help Canada Community Pasture Program patrons lease or purchase Saskatchewan pasture land.


1. Guidance

Canada Community Pasture Program patron groups can:

  • Obtain professional legal and financial services to develop legal entities and operational business plans.
  • Obtain technical services to acquire skills in management of environmentally sensitive land, human resources, finances and adoption of new technologies.

2. Eligibility

Those eligible for the Canada Community Pasture Program are:

  • Canadian citizens 18 years of age or older who are Canada Community Pasture Program Transition patrons; and
  • Members of a grazing co-operative or corporation in Saskatchewan.

3. How To Apply

Applicants must complete the Canada Community Pasture Transition Program Funding Application Form.
